Dance your Dance workshop in Greece, 26th April

Still in India, at the moment Agonda Beach in Goa. The weather is great, the food superb, the waves are naughty, I made my home in a very cosy beach hut and I have beautiful friends around.

From tomorrow I will explore Dance Improvisation Classes here on the beach at a place called Yoga Inspiration, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday till end of March (ish).

Dance your Dance Workshop in the Greek Peleponnese
26th April till 3rd May 2009



This is an open invitation to a ‘Dance your Dance’ workshop with Satya devi (Cissy) from 26th April to 3rd May in the Greek Peleponnese. The workshop is organised at Gaia’s Smile (www.gaias-smile.com), a beautiful small resort located near the beach in an unspoilt area of Greece that abounds in natural beauty and serenity.
During this week you are encouraged to follow your natural way of movement and a safe playground is created here for you to explore and enjoy. Although the main focus is on dance improvisation, other herbs and spices are added that give this retreat its distinct and unique flavour:
- a variety of yoga, pilates & flowing movements to wake up our bodies
- meditation, to focus our attention to that what is constant, pure and untouched
- partner or group exercises to relate with others through resonance, contact and massage
- creative exercises, for a playful recovery of your -sometimes- hidden artist
You are welcome to join, no experience is needed, only a willingness to be open to play, enjoy and relax. Enjoy the delicious homemade, organically grown food, breathe the fresh air of the unspoiled countryside and feel the refreshing energy of a dip in the sea.
